Hi, all!

I'm trying to install portal 7 (NW 2004s) on Solaris, while CRM system exists on this server.

After selecting Central System installation, JAVA + EP options SAPINST show me this error:

ERROR 2006-11-01 13:38:27

CJS-30036 SAP system C64 is a ABAP or double stack system. Cannot

switch this to a Java standalone system.

ERROR 2006-11-01 13:38:27

FCO-00011 The step collect with step key

|NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_GetSidNoProfiles|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|collect was executed with status

ERROR.

As I can see in logs it's select CRM system ID and trying to update it.

Thanks.

Hello Sergey,

C64 is the SID for which SAP installation.

Please make sure that you enter a distinct SID for your new installation of EP7(NW2004s -> Java+EP).

And with the option Java+EP I hope that you aiming a Pure standalone Java Stack based Portal Server. Please confirm this.

What is CRM version which is already installed on the server?

Hello, Premkishan!

The name of CRM system is C64.

Our team solved the problem. The solution is to rename /usr/sap/sapservices file to any other name before installation. After installation you should concatenate both files (old sapservices file and newly created).

Thans for youtr reply.

P.S. I beg your pardon for my poor English. SAP and Oracle takes almost all my free time ))
