Transfer condition type from R/3 to SRM

Hi all,

1.Can anybody please tell me how to transfer condition types from SAP R/3 to SRM..which transactions and adapter objects are used for it..Do we require any specific SPRO settings?

2.How to prepare our own calculation schema with the condition types transferred from R/3 to SRM? Would like to know the same for standalone scenario..suitable points will be awarded for the helpful answer.

Hi Kapil,

1)If you run the report BBP_UPLOAD_PAYMNET_TERMS in EBP the R/3 tables T052/T052U will be copied to BBP_PAYTERM and BBP_PAYTERM_TEXT respectively

We can not update the descriptions directly in EBP, so SAP recommends do the changes for descriptions in R/3 and reload the tables.

2) for OWN Calculation type go to SPRO -> IMG -> SRM Server -> Cross-Applications Basic Settings -> Create Payment Conditions

The input help reflects view of BBPV_PTERM_LOCAL as input help.
