Delete failed/old record from RWB Integration Server

Hi

We are running XI on NW04 SP16

How do I delete all old / failed record, I find in RWB Integration Server / Integration Engine and Adapter Engine ?.

I had some record failed, and som holding records. but I can't find a way to delete this.

you can archive your messages in SAP XI:

Hi

I'm already running a archive job on my DEV and QA system,

Job is SAP_BC_XMB_DELETE and AP_BC_XMB_HIST_DELETE_100

but this job, do not remove the failed messages from RWB Integration server / Integration Engine or Adapter Engine view in the Message Monitor.

I had still record contained e.g system error.

I will try to go trough the Guide you send me a link to. I can see a chapter about Retention Periods, so Ill will take a near look on this, I had 14 days in my jopb, but the record is over 1 month old.

Hi,

Status: HOLDING

The state of an EOIO message that cannot be delivered until its predecessors have been delivered.

Solution:

Once the predecessor’s messages got released the Holding status will be released.
