Doubt on transport requst

Imported a transport request from DEV to QA and QA to PRD via STMS from

our production system. While import into PRD was running I got

disconnected. The import to PRD was successful. Now the QA queqe still

shows the truck and whenI try to import a trasport from DEV to QA, I

receive the message that the import is already running. The import

monitor displays the last successful trasport (where i got

disconnected) with MAIN IMPORT for xxxxxxxxx finished with return code

0. I can't import any transports into QA anymore.

Is there a way to set the status of the trasport queue to "FINISH" the

import?

hello Rambabu,

This is because a TP process is still running at OS level. You need to kill that process,delete entry from import monitor and also delete old TP log files pertaining to this import. Please check the OSS note 12746 for this purpose.

Please login to your QA system where you have problem and execute this.

Execute transaction code: STMS_IMPORT --> Go to import monitor --> you will the active import in progress even though it is done. You can select the entry and delete the same and click on F3. Now you will see the status changed.

If you still have issues after doing the above steps, please check TRBAT table and see if the transport not completed.
