java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError after applying XI Patches 09

Hello.

After successfully applied Patches 09 for XI 3.0 we're facing the following error:

when calling

http://<HOST>:<PORT>/rep/start/index.jsp

we get

500 Internal Server Error

Exception

An internal error occurred. Contact you XI administrator

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/aii/ibrep/server/check/GeneralDeletionCheck

Any help would be highly appreciated.
