Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to output automatically a PO as soon as it is approved without manual release by the purchaser.
SRM 4.0 EBP 5.0

Hello Christophe,
Thank you for your response, It helps.
You are right in spro(in transcation BBP_PO_ACTION_CONF : Define Actions for Purchase Order Output) I can set the output action : 'Processing when saving document'.
But do I need to define in spro the 'Condition-Dependent Purchase Order Output' in transcation BBP_PO_ACTION_CONF?

Lina

Hi Lina,
this is a standard customizing task.
In SRM SPRO, you have to change the output action.
There is a drop down list with possible output options:
- via selection report (defined as default in SRM)
- during document saving: once approved, the doc is output immediatly
- I don't remember other options..;
So the PO output will be automatic, and the medium will come from the vendor master data.
Rgds
Christophe

Hi lina,
What kind of scenario is this? If your PO is getting created/replicated in the backend then yes it's possible.
