Hi all,

I'm getting an error in RWB,when i'm using to work on message monitoring...

4XX error has sth to do with the permissions and access.

Check for the roles of XIRWBUSER.

Hi Vasanth,

Check whether XIRWBUSER is locked. Go to SU01. You will have a lock button which will show you the staus if the user is locked or not.

Also check if the dialog user has these roles:-

The roles required to access the RWB are:

1. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

2. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN
