Integrating R/3 with SAP CRM using PI

Hi,

Can anyone come across the scenario? what is our task is just we need to retrieve the data from R/3 and replicated in SAP CRM sytems using PI700..

how can we connect PI to SAP CRM sytems...which is best best way?

For mySAP CRm ,you can check these documentations from SAP service Market Place-

You can get many standard scenarios from SAP. If it is custom one, then you can plan for idocs->PI->Idoc etc

Or you can think of Proxy scenario also

Hi,

If your R/3 is on WAS >=620 then you can use standard XI content that SAP has provided for SAP CRM.

else you can use Idoc on the R/3 side and Proxy on the CRM side.
