WF Customizing

Hello.

I have a question about the WF setting.

Now I use SRM 4.0.

To use CS WF function,I configured about WF.

1.Maintain prefix numbers

2.Maintain Standard Settings for SAP Business Workflow

3.Activate Standard Tasks

4.Perform Task-Specific Customizing

*I configured the WS10000060.

5.Define Conditions for Starting Workflows

6.Maintain Org.

*Assign user (manager role) to org.

Manager has red hat.

I think that it's no problem.

but If I create the CS,the CS status is remained "waiting".

So I check the status by SWI1,I can see the message

"No Agent Available".

Could you help me?

hi,

The WF WS10000060 is WF without approval.So you need not assign the agent in task specific customizing.

Thank you for your reply.

In other case,When I use the WF WS10000129(one step approval),the SC status is remained "Awaiting approval".

And I checked the message "No agent available" by T-cd:SWI1.

Can you help me?

Here for this WF WS10000129,you have to assign the agent.
