No document created in backend (BBP_PU 367)

Hi

We are running SRM5 SP6.

We are getting error in Local Errors "Shopping cart &: Error creating the follow-on document"

The start conditions on workflow have currency. No BADIS are active now. The SC status is approved.

Does anybody how solve this?

Hi,

Can you see any entries in the table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB?

Have you checked the RFC users in both the systems??

Hi Disha,

Yes the RFC users are OK. I have just added the SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW to them but the result don't change.

The last status is approved, and it doesn't start the process of transfer.

No entries in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.

Any other suggestions??

hi,

Just run the FM "BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER" with the SC GUID.

See if the entry is created in the table "BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB".
