We are upgrading from version SRM3.5 to SRM5
1) In version SRM3.5 the user could via the web transaction users setting, change their email address, phone number etc and this always updated the user master in SU01. In version SRM5, this is not happening. Is this a change to functionality or a fault?
Hi Kay,
the same feature is now available in "Options" in the SRM header bar (if you don't use SAP Portal).
This is just a change of ergonomy.

SAP OSS call answered this issue. A note and a change to authorisations corrected the email problem. Phone number is now not avaialble for SU01 part in SRM5.0
