XI - CCMS alerts send to external Email ID's

hi,

We have configured sucessfully CCMS in XI systems. Now we are able to monitor from RZ20.

Now concern is how to send this alerts to external Email ID's.

Hi Lisa,

U need to configure Auto-reaction method for the particular MTE(Tree in RZ20). There are some auto reaction methods that would help u to send mail..

SCOT Config is absolutely necessary.

Those all things we have configured. SCOT connection is working fine.

But how to send automatic alerts to external emails.

1. Assign the EMAIL ID to the Alert Recipient in SU01.

2. In your Alert Inbox , go to Personlization --> Time Independent Delivery --> Email and now , if SCOT is configured, a Mail will also be sent.
