check in TROLZ table (route determination) if routes are defined for your combination of departure country/zone, shipping conditions, destination country/zone.
after checking that, pls check all the master data
1)check shipping point country and transportation maintained or not.
2)check whether the shipping condition is maintained for your customer or not (can also be maintained at sales doc level). Also, check the transportation zone and country of customer.
3)Check whether the transportation group is there in material master or not
If all these are maintained, then yuo can get the route
