Hi Vijay,
Can you be more specific on what exactly are you looking for ?
As of now i can suggest you to go through this link. Incase you need some more info, do let me know. The documents are huge files so I may not be able to send it. So do specifically mention what you need and can make a small word document and send it across.

Hi Vijay,
I am also very new to RFID, but i have done couple of RF implementations;
1. SAP Console is useful only for RF not for RFID, for RFID, you need either XI or AII as an interface apart from the hardware which are called as RFID tags.
2.For barcode reading etc. there so may third party vendors available in the market such as Techlogix, Intermec, LXE, Symbol. These vendors will have their own softwares to use the RF terminals.
3. In case of RFID, you won't scanning as in case of RF scanners, you will have RFID readers which are fixed at one location, when you pass the forklift by that way, reader will scan all the material or pallet information with the help of tags which then gives as input to SAP.
Note: Reward if it helps you.
