Forecast requirement and CIF

Hi,

I have an active integration model between R/3 and APO. When I create a forecast requirement in APO in the product view (/sapapo/rrp3), it is not reflected in the R/3 (md04). Could you give me some pointers to this? Also, I have similar issue when I create Planned Independent Requirement using md61 in R/3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Forecast requirements are never released to R/3.

Pls check the integration model for Planned Independent Requirement in CFM5. Pls check if that is active for the given material.

Hi Madhur,

You should also check the "Distribution Definitions" in SPRO.

Path: Integration with SAP components -> Integration of SAP SCM and SAP R/3-> Basic Settings for Data transfer -> Publication -> Maintain Distribution Definitions

Please check the Planning strategy in the material master in R3 and product master in APO

It will work fine

Hello Madhur,

I think the problem is in the CIF integration model.

Check the Integration model values. Atleat the PIR created in MD61 should go to APO system.
