Hi All,
Is there something wrong with the download basket at service.sap.com. I am trying to download support packs for CRM 5.0 but the "add to download basket" just opens up a blank window.
Is there a fix?

I have also had trouble with the download manager. I thought it wasnt working at all, but it seems to just be extremely slow. Unfortunately the HTTP download process is even worse, as it seems to fail pretty regularly when the file is only partially downloaded. Verrry frustrating when its a several-hundred megabyte download!

I have the download manager, and I have used it before, but it is not working for CRM 5.0 patch download , I just wanted to check if there is something wrong with the page itself.

You have to down load download manager and install.After installing open it and go to view --> Download Manager Configuration and give your s id and password and select a folder where you want to save your files.You can download it from following link
