SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING

Hi All

In TCode: SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING

All the Entries are green and Maintain Definition Environment entry is in RED

In that, Check Entries from HR Control Tables entry also in RED and When I execute (F8) by selecting Check Entries from HR Control Tables entry

In consistency check of Workflow Installation: I am getting following message

Transport object PDST

-

---

Information Table SOBJ is consistent as regards key table

-

---

error--

---

Table- HRP1025----

---

Not an entry in table SOBJ

below this lots of errors

and in Transport Object PDWS also lots of errors.

Other than these two entries others are green

My question is

1. what could be the problem

2. How to activate them to get Green ?

Hi,

The HR control tables relevant entries are not maintained in table SOBJ. Refer to the SAPNet Note 31621. Take the help of your basis consultant.

Just scroll down to the Maintain Runtime Environment and can find "Check entries for HR Control Tables" which shows a red check mark. You can find detailed description.

Hi s s ,

you don´t need this area activated as long as you don´t use HR module functionality!

The transaction is copied from standard R/3 Workflow customizing and contains all the stuff from ABAP Workflow. So from XI BPM view there is something not necessary in this TA.

I am not sure why you ask this question for XI.

XI is reduced from R/3 standard functionality. And I don´t think you can implement HR functions here which could be used in SAP Bus. Workflow only running on ABAP stack (so no use of BPM from XI)!
