How can I create only SPRO view role?

Please check this thread for this purpose:

This thread allows you to have all transactions in SPRO in a role.

Next you need to change activities to 03. Make sure you remove authorization objects like s_admi_fcd,s_btch_nam,s_cts_admi etc from this role.

You can do this ofcourse as per the suggestions made by Barry. However do youwant to just give users display view of SPRO only or also of the transactions inside SPRO.

We tried this using:

Transaction SPRO

S_PROJECT

S_PROJ_AUT

S_PRO_AUTH

With display only (Activity 3).

We also locked the prod system down using SCC4.

Barry is right.

Create a role via PFCG assign the transaction SPRO and change the objects to Activity 3.

Test on DEV and QA before transport to PRD.
