I've tried to follow the description given in this to connect to an Oracle db. Using the standard JDBC system everything works fine, but when I try the BI JDBC it fails. I've tried both using the same connection url/driver class as for the JDBC system, and the alternatives suggested in the thread.
Do I need to install a new driver for the BI JDBC to work? If so, how? If not, what could I try next.
BTW I need to use the BI JDBC to backport a Visual Composer model created in NW 2004s to NW 2004.
