System Error in Integrated ITS(ECC 6.0)

We are in the process of upgrading from 4.6C to ECC 6.0.

After the upgrade, I have followed the steps to migrate the standalone ITS apps to the Integrated ITS. These apps are not flow-file application. I also use the default path

in /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/

After creating the new service in transaction 'SICF', select the gui link and enter parameter/values in the GUI configuration, activate the service, and then publish the service in 'SE80' to the internal ITS, I got the system error from testing the url:

From the trace file(st11):

ERROR => julep: PpioCreateParseTree: IRepRetrieve(templates/system/header.html) failed.

Can anyone advice?

Hello Wai-ming,

you will also need to publish service SYSTEM and possibly WEBGUI in SE80 (notes 816973/808347).

After reading the OSS notes 816973, I publish the service SYSTEM.

A few off the top of my head...

On the Service Data tab...

-Gui Link = Y

-Settings button -> your service parameters

On the Handler List tab...

-add CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS

and last but not least, you activated the service in SICF?

That should do it. In SICF, right click the service and select "Test Service".
