Hi Experts!
I have a problem with the Visual Composer.
Our basis guy, told me everything was ready, so I was eager in testing the Visual Composer, does it work or not?
After conquerring some authorization issues concerning roles, I succesfully logged in, but now I get the following error:
<i><b>Application cannot be started.
Details: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: Cannot download the information about application [sap.com/vc_client] from the database.</b></i>
Can anyone shed some light on this issue? I searched on SDN & OSS, but cannot find any relevant info.

Logs are found in the Portal server file system under:
/usr/sap/<SID>/JC<XX>/j2ee/cluster/server<X>/log

It seems that VC has not been deployed correctly. Please ask your basis team to check the logs for any problems when they setup VC. You may also have more information in the default trace file.
