"Loading Visual Composer..."

Hi,

I am working on a Portal that apparently have the VC installed, but VC doesn't works, when i enter to http://myserver.net:50100/VC/, Internet Explorer shows a blank page, and in the title of the page (upon the IE menu) it shows "Loading Visual Composer..."

Any idea?

Have you added the VC role to your portal user ?

http://<server>:<port>/logon/logonServlet?redirectURL=%2FVC%2Fdefault.jsp

Hi Prakash,

I tried the link you posted, and nothing different happened, it redirected me to:

http://<server>:<port>/VC/default.jsp, and showed me the "Loading Visual Composer" title, and the blank page.

Any other ideas?

Please check that you have the adobe avg viewer installed, this is a prerequsite.

Hi,

Try this login to the Visual administrator as a superadmin and under the services goto HTTP Provider -> Properties -> MIME. In the property value set, check if the existing value also has

.......,{.htc,text/x-component}.

If this is not present then append this to the existing value and save.
