Log on as user with SAP_ALL rights (you cannot use DDIC or SAP*)

Ok I am following now the "Performing SAP XI Customizing" and I got to the point where it states the following:

1. Log on as user with SAP_ALL rights (you cannot use DDIC or SAP*)

What user might have already been created that would have SAP_ALL right besides the DDIC or SAP*?

Assign yourself sap_all privileges or create a admin account (example xiadmuser) and assign sap_all rights.

use this account for all the configurations.

With the help of Basics Team get the authority of Admin and try the customizing, For Customizing we require more authority.
