Text to be printed in Main window

Hi Gurus

I have to write some text in the main window. main window contains ITEM, MATERIAL DESCRIPTION,QUATITY & WEIGHT fields in the form of table. now my question is i need to get the text(nearly 10 lines with small font)at the bottom of the MATERIAL DESCRIPTION field, if the number of MATERIAL DESCRIPTIONS increase it should come in the next page.Explain me in detail because iam new to SCRIPTS.

Are you saying you want to keep the material description together on one page? If so, place the SapScript command /:PROTECT on a line before the description and /:ENDPROTECT after, and it'll keep it on one page.

That field prints all the material descriptions and at the bottom of the field it should print some rules of the company.

I GUESS YOU HAVE PROTECT END PROTECT FOR YOUR TEXT.

PROTECT END PROTECT AVOIDS SPLITTING INTO TWO PAGES
