Generating TWO output messages for PO output

SRM Folks,

how can purchase order output be configured so that TWO output messages with TWO differenct media get generated?

For a new purchase order, I need the system to generate an output message according the vendor master (fax, print, etc.). This is standard. A second message should be generated, e.g. XML, on top of the first one.

Did anyone face this situation? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

How can this be configured using either the Define Actions for PO output or the condition-dependent config.

Create one More Condition for action BBP_PO_ACTION_CONF for PO in addition to PO output 4 avaiable defaults with the medium you are looking.

It should solve your issue.
