Hi,
Have you done the following:
1. Interface mapping, the sender message interface should be the name of the RFC
2. In the sender agreement the sender Interface name should be the name of the RFC
Try making a dummy change in the mapping and activating it. Run the Interface mapping in the Integration repository and see if that works.
Just try recreating the Interface determination wiht selection Interface mapping and see if it works.

Hi,
Please change a desciption in your mapping and activate it one more time.
Also please check in SXI_CACHE object id of the mapping and compare it with object id in integration repository.
Which service pack are you using? (Since SP16 there is no problem with cache)
Please try to run SAI_CACHE_REFRESH

Hi,
Looks like you have not activated your interface mapping or it has been deleted. Check if the interface mapping in Interface determination exists and is valid.
