HR Integration - Jobs Replication Error

Former Member

Hi everybody,

I am trying to setup HR integration from R3 to SRM 5. I am able to replicate the initial Orgs correctly from PFAL (RHALEINI report). But when I try to replicate the JOBS, I get an error "Error in subroutine read_namtb for structure of infotype".

Any help or suggestions that you can provide will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Venkat

Hi

Check whether OSS notes 941960, 916483 helps.

Vangala -

I have checked all those notes. In addition I have adjusted the partner model based on note 934372.

Did you have the same problem? Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Venkat,

I hope you have ensured the settings in your filter settings for message type HRMD_ABA

Business partners are only created if the employee is active and has at least the infotypes 0000, 0001, 0002 and 0006 (with subtype 1) in the current date.

Also once you have the distribution model set right along with the right infotypes, subtypeas and related objects only run object type O, S and P from report RHALEINI. Object type P create the central person and Buisness partner in SRM, if all the infotypes are set up in the distribution model.

Hope this information helps !!

Pls assign points if answer is usefull

Sundeep,

Filter settings are fine (I used the standard BD64 distribution template and then added additional ones based on OSS note 934372).

I am only at a point where I am trying to replicate the Jobs from the R3 HR system. Are you saying that Jobs cannot be distributed to SRM system through the report RHALEINI in SRM5? I have used the report to transfer Jobs in SRM4.

Thanks

Venkat,

I have replicated jobs in the past too but i dont remember the filter settings to make it possible. Please find the right infortypes, subtypes and jobs should be replicated without a problem.

Even I was facing the same problem. I made changes in the table T777D using SM30 and got rid of the error. We had successful deployment without any issue.

Please let me know if you need further info .
