Delete Backend PO

Hi guys,

I need your help for the issue below.

I created a backend PO from a requirement in sourcing cockpit. After the PO has been created, the requirement disappeared from sourcing cockpit. Now, for a reason, I want to delete this backend PO and make the requirement reappears in sourcing cockpit. How can I do that?

Hi

Delete the line items of the PO in the backend in Tx ME22N (ME22). Make sure that no follow-on documents are created.

Thanks for the answer. I did it, but the requirement doesn't reappear in sourcing cockpit.

Hi,

I think that deleting line item PO is not enough.

All PO has to be deleted.

Make sure that PR or SC history does not contain any follow on document else system will interpret this a close PR or SC.
