ITS failed to generate the response for current request.

Hello,

We are using ITS version 6200.1019

After user is logged on to ESS, no problem there. When XXX logged on they go to Timemanagement and click: " display leave information".Then the error appearred.

Error is >>

Some employees (XXXX) got an error when they wanted to display leave information in ESS:

Interpreter Failed

The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for current request.

Please contact the system administrator.

Internal error code: 0x2101

We have are using ITS with connection to our SAP HR system Enterprise 470x110

Does anybody have any good help, which can really help me to work out this problem.

Please let me know I am ready to give a point

Hi Peter,

this might be related to missing authorizations. Please check the ITS traces and/or system log in R/3.
