Codepage Values for Servers

Hey there,

it is possible to define a Server with 4 Variables. One is the Codepage. In the Visual Studio help i get not really much information about this type.

Can anybody tell what it is really good for and what values are possible?

I have the Problem, that I can connect to a System lower 6.20 but not to a 6.20 System. Could it be, that my codepage is wrong?

I found out what my Codepage is, but I don't get a Connection at all.

I have a Server Function. The Problem ist, that I don't have the rights to use Transaction SM59! But I found a Report i can use. After running it, it seems, that another Programm is registerred on the Destination I want.

Is it possible, that more then one Programm registeres as a server at a destination??

Hope to get an answer....
