hi,
I have a 5 company. The companies managed with 1 department and one user can use all companies. I want to assign one user to 5 company code.
how can I assign?

Simply add the attribute BUK for the users position in PPOMA_BBP for each company code.

In the attributes section of that user assign all the five company codes to attribute BUK as mentioned by Tom. Once you do this, you will see it displayed in the front end for that user.

If Your user in in Purchasing Group, You may add a responsibility for this on tab 'Responsibility' and table Organisational Responsibility.
