or provide me a link to download it..

This old XI 3.0 file is useless now.
You find the mapping jar file com.sap.xpi.ib.mapping.lib in any NWDS installation.

I cannot find aii_map_api.jar
But when I was looking for the library with RfcAccessor class I have found it in the /usr/sap/<SID>/<INSTANCE>/j2ee/cluster/apps/sap.com/com.sap.xi.repository/servlet_jsp/rep/root/start/lib/com.sap.xpi.ib.mapping.lib.jar
