How to navigate among multiple DCs

Hi,

My project involves multiple DCs. Here i would need to have navigation of views across DCs. I have 2 questtions

1)What is the best way to do it?

2) Is it possible to navigate to a view of another DC at runtime(using url) with out having link created for it during design time?
