Archived message not able to read

Hi,

We have archived and deleted XML messages and we do see the archive file at OS level, but when I click on the Display archived version after choosing the message I am getting the following error. The status on the archiving object says "deletion completed" and storage "not stored" . Where do I need to configure to store the messagges so that I can read XML version ?

Message no. XMS_ADM079

I do have all the permissions to read the file, could some body let me know what I am missing here ?

Hi Steve,

This thread addresses the issue and it solved my problem.

Also when u read archives form Archive Management, just select that entry and press enter key. U can see the list of XML Messages.

Hi,

Have you done a "where used" list on the message class/number - this may tell you what is throwing the error ?
