Hi,
Can you check on the server proxy R3 system, make sure all the services are activated, SICF->sap->xi->engine
This Error - HTTP_RESP_STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK Might also occur because of authorization Check sm59 HTTP destination on R3 that points to the XI integration engine.

Hi,
Did you try restarting it from management console.
Also try this URL
http://host:port/sap/xi/engine?type=entry to check if the Integration Engine is running fine.
If nothing is working out you have to login into the installed system and the restart or informyour administrator.

Prakash
HI ,
Check the memory settings for the system. i.e Hardware sizing etc.. Analyse the error in the Visual Admin->Log viewer
btw, is this interface has multiple mappings/BPM etc ?
Tuning Guide-

Hi This doesn't have BPM. Its just ftp from one ftp to other. It doesn't even have mapping.
Problem I'm facing is there is no one who has XI BASIS knowledge at my site. And I'm having hard time and dont know how to setup Visual Admin. But I do have Admin Authorizations on the Dev.

Hi,
1) This aslo caused by authorization,
2) In Tcode- SU01 , see whether it is locked,
3) Try re-instarll the JAVA Stack,

Hi,
1)Mean try Check out this Note- 803145
2)Are you usinf Visual Admin If so try this Changing the port in the dbpool
3)If the Database is Down the 503 error will pop out so check out the database is active
4) Access the trace file and search for traces with severity ERROR, WARNING or stack traces.
If we do not find an error in the log file or the error message does not explain the problem sufficiently, access the default Trace. The default trace file contains detailed messages for developers. Extract the relevant trace information e.g. using the time stamp or the message ID.
If this does not explain the problem in more detail, increase the trace level and reproduce the problem. Then restart message processing using the message display tool. Mark the message and select repeat.

Hi,
Check is SAP MMC and see if all the components are green and everything is running. The error clearly says that the Application is stopped, that is its not available. The last option is restart both the stack ABAP and JAva in SAP MMC. Make sure everyone has logged out and nothing serious is happening/nothing is running.

Prakash
