Dear All

need your help urgently i am installing sap add on in sap of our QAS server with the help of <b>SAINT</b>when i will upload that it will show me this error could not create file list and if i see in detials it shows me

Could not create file list

Message no. PS012

Diagnosis

A list of the required files could not be created as an error occurred.

Directory:
pksapa01\sapmnt\trans\EPS\in

File mask:

Error code: 17

Definition of error codes:

03 RFC system failure

04 RFC communication failure

11 invalid EPS subdirectory

12 sapgparam failed

13 build directory failed

14 no authorization

17 read directory failed

18 read attributes failed

22 too many read errors

23 empty directory list

System Response

The operation was terminated.

Procedure

Eliminate the cause of the error and repeat the operation.

i am already copy files on application server and local server too that files have <b>.pat</b> extensions but cant shows me in saint transaction can any one knows what is the problem how do we get access these files to install add ons ?

Hey Muhammad,

please verify the following users:

<SID>adm and SAP<SID>SERVCIE have read authorization to

the directory
pksapa01\sapmnt\trans\EPS\in (check also sub-directories, e.g
pksapa01\sapmnt\trans\EPS ,
pksapa01\sapmnt\trans...)
