MOS-01234 ERROR

Hi,

I m installing Kernel CD for R/3 SAP and the error i get while installing is

MOS-01234 The network location cannot be reached. For information about network troubleshooting, see Windows Help.

! Error in execution of a 'NetServerGetInfo' function, line (278), with parameter(s) (localhost, 101).

MOS-01224 Failed to add privileges 'SeTcbPrivilege SeAssignPrimaryTokenPrivilege SeIncreaseQuotaPrivilege' to account 'S-1-5-21-823518204-790525478-839522115-1003' on host 'localhost'!

Hi there,

I am also getting this error. I have Norton but it is disabled, I am using the administrator account with every privilege (added from the control panel > admin tools > local security policy..).

Did you get to the bottom of this? really appreciate any assistance you can give me with this.

I am installing on Win XP laptop - brand new straight from the box.

Hi Bhavik,

Make sure the has administrator type and norton antivirus is not there.
