Cascade error in MEREP_MON while synchronization

Hi,

When I am synchronizing MI Client, no data is downloaded

to the MI Client.

The logs in the MEREP_MON transaction displayed that Cascade Search failed.

Please let me the solution

Hi Raja,

Might be the functional locations which the orders use are not replicated.

Please replicate and sync again. You should not get the cascade error.

Thanks for the reply.

The source of the error is identified.

When the MEREP_LOG was executed for the MAM25_030, an error that duplicate R/3 keys was displayed.

We had implemented few customer enhancements using BADIs.

As of now, we have deactivated them & replication is successful.

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked the variant that I gave to get the list of functional locations & it returns the list as expected

I have also executed the MAM25_030_GETLIST functional module and it returns the same functional location list

When I ran the replicator on the middleware, "Replicator ended successfully" appeared.

I have checked up the MEREP_207 table for the MAM25_030 & the number of items are zero.

Not sure where things are going wrong.

Just to make sure...

Are you using T01 or T51 SyncBO? If it is T51, you need to execute reports RALM_ME_EQUI_FULL_DOWNLOAD_SD. For more details on server-driven(T51), check How to Guide in SDN.

But it's strange that the records in merep_207 are missing.

When the I ran the replicator it was successful.

Then I have synchronized, but the data is not visible in the mobile device.

How can I verify that the functional locations are replicated in the middleware ?

Hi Raja,

You can check in the Middleware table merep_207. Give the syncbo id as MAM25_030, Struct id TOP and R3Key as functional location name. If it is not there, you need to check in the B/E whether MAM25_030_GETLIST is returning the functional locations which are logged as a part of your posted error log.

If they are not getting returned, adjust the variant in customizing so that the desired ones are getting selected.
