AMC Adaptor for Avaya to SAP

Hi,

I'm planning to integrate an AMC adaptor to get the CTI, in this case Avaya to talk to SAP, to get the screen pop functionality.

Has anyone had experience with this adaptor or this setup?

Does anyone know about how the adaptor communicates to SAP? Via the API's? How much work needs to be done to SAP to make this work, as I never believe in an out of the box solution.

I integrated the first AIC adapter from AMC on the Samsung project in the UK.
