I am trying to get ECC communicating via SPROXY to my XI/PI system. I have it working in a sandbox, but the sandbox is based on XI 3.0.
When I try to move the connection over to an XI NW2004s system. I get the following problem.
I get prompted for a user id and password.
Any ideas?

The problem may be due to password conflict. Note In NetWeaver 2004s password is case sensitive..
So check if u have given the correct password for the user in transaction SLDAPICUST..in ur proxy system(Business System)

Did you make the connectivity between the ECC system and your PI box? Check for the steps to be done in chapter 8 of the XI config guide,
