If i restart J2EE it starts working again.

i am tryingto find out some logs but till now no sucess.

i am using XI 3.0 SP 16.

if some knows any info about this issue then please help me out. I nthe mean time i come across some logs I will update.

Thanks

Hi Krishna,

I have this guide and I have gone through that.

The issues that are delat with in the guide are if it is consisentlt throwing an error.

In my case if I restart the J2EE engine. after that Adapter monitoring works fine. But after some time ( I don't know what time) it stops showing the details. But it does give the list of the adapters. Only the details are missing.

Any other inputs on the same.

Thanks a lot for giving time.

Hi,

Ensure that the required JDK is being used in the client system

Try clearing the Web Start cache and try downloading again.

Start>Programs>Java Web Start>File>Preferences>Advanced>Clear Folder

Refresh the Cache (SLD Cache )

To clear the SLD cache, from the Integration Builder main menu, choose Environment ® Delete Cache for SLD Data.

Once we have deleted the cache for SLD data, accessing objects in the SLD may take longer than usual initially.

Did you tried this

Transaction code : SXI_CACHE

Go to menu

XI Runtime Cache -> Start Complete Cache refresh.
