iView with web dynpro application in, collapses when "-" pressed

Hi,

I have a strange problem.

When I press "-" key from the numeric keyboard while typing in the inputfield, the whole iView which contains my web dynpro

application collapses (minimizes).

Any solutions to this one?

Hi Ladislav,

This is not an error. In the enterprise portal, all trays collapse if the "-" key is pressed on the num pad and they expand if "+" key is pressed.

You might check if the collapse icon has focus when you are pressing the "-" key.

Hi,

I am not too sure if this functionality can be blocked and I haven't seen any iview/tray properties that pertain to this. So I would say it's not possible, but you might want to check in the EP forum.

Here is the response from the OSS:

Dear Customer, in the meanwhile, i found out that this was a known

bug in NW04S SP8, it was fixed in SP9 but also in the latest Patch of

SP8, so if you would install the latest SP8 Patch ,your problem should

be Solved.
