UPDATE CMS at Error on SLD

Hi Experts,

I got the error message in CMS server- Landscape Configurator--> Track data and update CMS.

"SLD(URL http://otisap03/50200) server exception. User credential are invalid or user is denied access" .

Hi Malar,

you have to make sure that the user you set up for CMS (e.g. CMSADM) belongs to the group NWDI.Administrators (and that one must have the security roles LcrInstanceWriterAll and LcrInstanceWriterNR), is not locked and that the password is valid.

If you've changed the password of this user, just have a look at this track:

Also make sure that the CMS-User is set up in the configured runtime systems of your track and has the same password there.

Did you enter "http://otisap03/50200" as your SLD url in the Domain Data tab? If so, try changing this to "http://otisap03:50200".
