can I change the parameter-values of the exchange profile manual.

Can anybody say me in which directory the file is?

Go to your XI home page --> Administration --> you will find a link called EXCHANGE PROFILE On the Right Had side for your IR , ID and RWB . You can edit the values of the exchange profile here.

I've found the directory of the exchange profile.

..\usr\sap\XI3\SYS\global

Hi,

You can edit exchange profile thru this URL as well

http://host:port/exchangeProfile

Its advisable and recommended to use the menu path as Bhavesh said.
