Hi Venjamin,
SAP provides integration of cProjects 4.0 with SAP SRM 5.0. The integration with SAP SRM covers the external procurement of services and material. You can refer this link on SRM integration with cProjects:-
https://websmp105.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700001207852006E.pdf
You can also refer to FAQs on cProjects:-

I hope this helps.

Hi,
please refer to the below;
Integration with SRM:
The newly designed integration with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)allows you to create external purchase requisitions (shopping cart) for materials and resources. You require SRM 5.0 or higher. The Exchange Infrastructure (XI) is used to exchangethe information. For further information about the scope of this SRM integration, refer to the current SAP online documentation.
i could not find sap online configuration documentation.
anyone help me?
thanks

Hi Venjamin,
From what I understood your requirements, you need to create Purchase requests in SRM with data from cProjects.
I am not much aware of cProjects. But you can create the requirements in SRM. SAP has deleivered pre defined components for this. You need to use the interface :"ExternalRequirement_Create_in"
Message Type "ExternalRequirement"
These are available in the name space "http://sap.com/xi/EBP" .
All you need to do is create a structure for source and do the maping. The interface "ExternalRequirement_Create_in" has a proxy in SRM which calls a function module(standard) to create the requirements.
Hope it helps...
Regards,
Jai Shankar.
