Hi,

We're developing an app which loads data from sap via rfc.

During first run, large amount of data is loaded and end user doesn't aware of this. So they are clicking menu items many times as they think that there is an error.

A standart applet is running just below the TLN saying "Loading". Can we use this or something similar this to achieve the function needed?

regards

Hi,

In webdynparo applications it by default shows up the loading icon(it is loading.ini file).

No need to write any function for this by default webdypro will shows up the loading icon any transaction with the back end.

I developped an application with the similar scenario and I am able to see the loading Icon.

Thanks

Lohi.

HUSEYIN,

Sorry for delay, I saw your message 2 days ago, but...

As far as there are many questions like yours I prefer to post blog entry with soluion, please read on here: <a href="/people/valery.silaev/blog/2006/10/09/loading-please-wait">Loading... Please wait.</a>

The old solution is available for download (bottom of text), however, I'd recommend to use new one. I hope I provided good enough textual explanation
