Hi All:
we have problems accessing IC Web Client, when accessing the url the browser displays the following message:
"HTTP 403 Access Forbidden", this happened ever since we installed CRMIS, does anybody know why does this happens?
Thanks & Regards
What CRM version are u using and what IC webclient version are u using too.
In CRM 4.0 there is IC Webclient where it uses both Abap and Java engine. Thus you'll need to configure your Java engine too.
While the IC Webclient Service Industry Extension is fully ABAP based.
In CRM 5.0 the IC Webclient is fully ABAP based. Which is kinda nice. Less server to administer. You'll need to activate some of CRM IC bsp to enable it in addition to the standard list of BSPs. These are a few that I can remember.
Crm_ic_rt_rep
Crm_ic
ic_base
crm_bsp_frame
There's more depending on what features you want to use I guess.
regards,
Laurence...

Hi Andres,
the HTTP 403 error message implies that you are trying to use a service that is not activated.
You have to check within transaction SICF for the relevant service that you are trying to call using HTTP.
Please also check SAP note

for further details what services are needed and how to activate them.
Kind regards
