SSO login ticket error

I have configured SSO using logon Tickets in the ITS. But it is displaying the login screen on connecting for the first time.

How can I enable a smooth connection without this initial authentication?

Integrated ITS or Standalone ITS?

is it happenning when you are calling the ITS application from portal?

anyhow the possible reasons could be.

1. you are not logged on to portal using FQDN - fully qualified domain name.

2. ITS host is not maintained with FQDN.

Can you check that.

Hi Prince,

You have to make sure:

- parameter ~mysapcomusesso2cookie is set to 1 in global.srvc of the relevant instance

- Portal sends the request to open the iView with parameters ~language and ~client
