What causes XI Runtime Cache (SXI_CACHE) to become out-of-date?

Hi,

The RFC destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI with path prefix /dir/CacheRefresh is used to update the cache that you see in SXI_CACHE. It should have the user XIISUSER. If the user is locked or the RFC destination is not proper. Your automatic cache refersh will fail.

there can be multiple reasons for the same.

1. your RFC destinations is not working.

2. passowrd has been changed for the user used in the destination and it has been not updated in the destination.

3. user being locked.

4. problem with the job schedule, in case a report like SAI_CACHE_REFRESH being scheduled for update of cache

etc ..
