GRMG monitoring status in CCMS

Hi,

We have configured the GRMG monitoring for J2EE components (IR,ID,SLD and RWB), but the status is not is not showing as "red" even if one of the J2EE component is not running.

We followed the GRMG configuration as per the procedure and all the RFC connections are working fine.

Looking for any suggestions.

Hi Moorthy,

I have a question about GRMG. The requreiment is to monitor URLs of backend systems like Webservices. I have created a customizing file(.XML), included URL in the 'property value' tag and started the scenario but it gives me " Reason for scenario failure: No response for any component in request" . Do I need to do any more coding or development, if so could you please help me?
